Our Story

At the age of thirteen Jordan wanted to try making maple syrup after visiting multiple sugarhouses. Through passion and ambition Jordan and his buddy tapped a few trees and boiled the sap in a pan over a fire pit. After tasting the first few pints of syrup he was hooked and got the sugaring bug! The rest is history! Fast forward ten years and two sugarhouses later the operation has grown using cutting edge technology to ensure efficiency while continuing to provide quality products with traditional syrup making methods.
